School is out. Summer meals are in!
Kids and teens ages 2 to 18 can get FREE breakfast and lunch this summer at school and community locations all across the Rochester community. Meals are served June 29 - September 4, 2026.
Countdown to Graduation
Celebrate the RCSD Class of 2026 as we count down to graduation! This inspiring short video series spotlights an outstanding graduating senior from each high school who reflects the spirit and values of their school. Start Smart with Rochester PreK in the RCSD
If you are a city resident and your child will be 3 or 4 years old by December 1, enroll them for FREE PreK starting this fall.
PreK is available at 50 locations citywide, including two new centers and includes multilingual classes, potty training, community aftercare options and bus pass if needed.
Teach Rochester
The Rochester City School District is committed to recruiting, growing, and retaining a diverse and highly effective workforce that reflects the community we serve. Through Teach Rochester, we are building pathways for individuals who are passionate about education to become classroom teachers and school leaders in RCSD.
